Michelle Thomann, Esq.

Michelle is an Advocate for client’s rights, paying particular attention to protecting their privacy and intellectual property rights. Michelle prides herself in getting her clients’ cases handled in a timely manner while providing her clients with the personal attention needed to ensure a fair and just resolution. Michelle’s past experience, working directly with the community, the clients, and the court system, has helped her to become a very effective advocate for her clients. Michelle is a native, born and raised in South Florida. Michelle began her legal career in 1998 as a Judicial Assistant for a Broward County Judge. Several years later she left her employment with the State to work in private practice as a legal assistant. While working full time, she returned to school and obtained her Associates Degree in Legal Studies. Enjoying the complexities often found in the legal profession, Michelle decided to continue her legal education. Over the next 8 years, Michelle worked as a Paralegal and Office Manager. Despite her busy schedule, she graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelors degree in Pre Law with Honors making the Dean’s List every semester. Michelle went on to attend law school and received her Juris Doctorate degree. Michelle enjoys serving her community and is a member of several organizations, including:
