  MARK C. JOHNSON, ESQ.

  Mark C. Johnson, Esq., managing partner of Johnson Dalal, is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, a licensed attorney with the Florida Bar, a mechanical engineer, and a Florida Board Certified Expert in Intellectual Property Law. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Johnson and the Firm's primary focus is to assist all clients in the protection, prosecution, and preservation of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and other Intellectual Property matters. Mark also sits on the Board of Directors for Gold Coast Venture Capital Association, a non-profit founded in 1984 to provide a forum to share information that is pertinent to and develop relationships among entrepreneurs, investors and service providers in Florida’s Gold Coast, roughly defined as Palm Beach to Miami. Before practicing as an attorney, Mark worked as an engineer for a south-Florida aerospace Fortune 500 company, practicing in the company's aviation product unit.   Abdul-Sumi Dalal, Esq., managing partner and Chair of the firm’s litigation department focuses his practice in the prosecution of intellectual property matters and first party insurance commercial litigation.  Mr. Dalal has recovered over $25M in damages and attorneys fees for his clients and has litigated over 10,000 cases giving him significant trial experience from the inception of a case through jury verdict.  Mr. Dalal also regularly serves as an expert witness for other attorneys that have required his assistance in recovering attorney’s fees and costs.   Veronika earned her Bachelor’s degree with Honors from Nova Southeastern University where she majored in Legal Studies and minored in Applied Behavior Analysis. Pursuing her love of the law, she graduated from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University with her Juris Doctorate degree. Veronika graduated Summa Cum Laude, ranking sixth in her graduating class. During her time at the Shepard Broad College of Law, Veronika served as the Volume 43 Lead Articles Editor of Nova Law Review. As a member of the Nova Trial Association and the Moot Court Society , she competed in the 2018 Robert Orseck Moot Court Competition and finished as a Quarter-Finalist. Veronika was the recipient of the 2019 Stephanie Aleong Impact Award, which recognizes professors and students for their contributions to the Shepard Broad College of Law.   Michelle is an Advocate for client’s rights, paying particular attention to protecting their privacy and intellectual property rights.   Mr. Chouhan heads up the the Johnson | Dalal Atlanta office and focuses on all aspects of intellectual property prosecution and litigation. Tosif is a native of Georgia and proudly calls Atlanta, “Home.” He attended Georgia State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management Insurance and Business Management. Tosif got his first exposure to the legal world while working for one of the largest insurance companies in the world for over 2 years. He then attended law school at Nova Southeastern University located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to joining Johnson | Dalal, Tosif worked as a Trial Attorney for the Fulton County Public Defender’s Office for 5 years. While at that office, Tosif handled over 2,000 Felony cases and tried over a dozen trials through verdict.
